What’s in this repo

• app/ — FastAPI hub + MCP (REST + SSE + Streamable HTTP)
• promote/ — Smithery / MCP Registry metadata
• ops/ — health checks, CF purge, monitoring (no secrets in repo)

Local deploy (operators only)

Secrets stay on your machine:

1. Copy deploy.local.env.example → deploy.local.env
2. Copy cloudflare.env.example → ~/.cloudflare.env on your jump host
3. Run deploy scripts (they load deploy.local.env when present)

Do not commit deploy.local.env, .env, or Cloudflare tokens.
