Serves a passive x402 manifest at /.well-known/x402 and /.well-known/x402.json, describing per-tool USDC pricing on base-sepolia for autonomous agent payment flows.

Running locally

pip install -r requirements.txt

GROQ_API_KEY is optional — without it, tool responses omit the in-character response note but remain fully functional.
