asia_intelligence） - MCP Server POSTs to Hermes Worker → receives HTTP 402
- MCP Server parses
WWW-Authenticateheader（x402 v2 manifest） - MCP Server signs manifest with wallet private key（EIP-191）
- MCP Server retries with
