This is the third-party server itself — Odel doesn't run it. Hitting this URL directly talks straight to the upstream server with no auth or proxying. Connect through Odel to front it with managed auth.

Raras Disease Twin — MCP Server

Brazilian rare-disease knowledge graph (10,468 diseases) exposed via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Each disease is an addressable Disease Twin (disease://{orphaCode}): genes, HPO phenotypes, SUS coverage, clinical trials, literature-mined treatments, repurposing hypotheses, and grounded multi-hop reasoning — PT-BR first, source-grounded, never diagnoses.
