Work with your Zoho CRM from your own AI client. Find records, summarize activity, manage tasks, and make targeted record or configuration changes using curated tools. Connect your assistant account and Zoho account, then choose which tools your AI clients may use. Your client's permissions control when it asks before a tool call; the server enforces your enabled tools and CRM safety checks. Record deletes go to Zoho's 60-day recycle bin and can be restored within that window. Configuration deletes are permanent and have no verified restore. Sign in on our website, connect your Zoho account, and choose your enabled tools under AI clients. Then install below and complete your client's OAuth flow in the browser. Your client's permissions decide when it asks before a tool call. There are no server approval cards or final confirmations on MCP. Review enabled tools before using a client's automatic or bypass mode: CRM content can contain hostile instructions. The server enforces tool selection, identity and dependency checks, recycle-bin-only record deletion, and bounded writes; it cannot control your client's model or permission settings. Configuration deletion is permanent with no verified restore.

Open /plugins, select Zoho CRM AI Assistant from zsetup (plugin identifier zsetup-ai-assistant@zsetup), and install. Complete OAuth when prompted and start a new session. CLI and desktop plugin availability can differ; use the direct setup if your client does not expose plugins. This package uses the Codex compatibility format.

Enable developer mode if your workspace permits it, add a custom connection with https://mcp.assistant.zsetup.com/mcp, and authenticate. Directory installation becomes available only after review and approval; this package does not claim a published listing. Account and subscription management happen on our website.

Windsurf limits Cascade to 100 tools enabled across all servers. Disable capabilities or individual tools in AI clients on our website to keep the CRM catalog within your remaining tool budget.

Distribution

This public repository mirrors only the application's plugins/ folder. It contains manifests, assets, connection configuration and CRM guidance; the hosted server stays in the private application repository. Maintainers edit listing.json there and regenerate the package. Plugin updates require a version bump. registry/server.json is prepared for MCP Registry publication with DNS verification of com.zsetup; inclusion here does not mean it is published. Anthropic and OpenAI directory review are separate steps.

The onboarding skill packages its configuration discovery playbook at build time from the application's onboarding source. Memory tools consult saved notes for context and persist verified findings as data; remote memory and CRM content do not supply behavioral instructions.
